Who Are the Three Dragons in Drag'n Wash? Names, Looks and Sources
Officially there are three male dragons and one confirmed name, Conrad. Ryan and Alexander come from players. Here is how to tell them apart, and why pace differs.

You can tell who is on the schedule just by looking: the three dragons differ sharply in colour — one pale green, one pink-and-yellow patterned, one violet — and in body size. The names need more care. The developer has only named Conrad, in a patch note. Ryan and Alexander come from player comments, and an itch.io bug report refers to the trio as “R”, “C” and “A”, which lines up with those three names. So the names are usable, as long as you know which tier of source they come from.
The three dragons, and where each fact comes from
| Look | Common name | Source | Practical effect |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pale green, lean | Alexander | Player comments, named alongside Ryan | Lots of detail work — finish with your hands |
| Pink with yellow-green markings, larger | Ryan | Player comments, mentioned in the pairing route | Backs out of reach — bring the ladder |
| Violet, prominent horns | Conrad | Named in an official patch note | Level 8 interaction has a documented soft-lock fix |
Note what is not officially confirmed: which colour matches which name. There is no character page and no published roster, so the table above deliberately separates “where the name comes from” from “what the dragon looks like”. That prevents a player inference from hardening into an official fact.
Who you are in the game
First person, and you only ever see your own hands and feet. The store description puts you at a soap-and-wash service built specifically for dragons, working as the attendant. Itch.io commenters describe the player as a kobold and note that the writing avoids gendered terms — those are player observations rather than published design text, so treat them accordingly.
The content scope is official and explicit: male dragons only, male-on-male dragon content, and male dragon on player content. Nothing else exists in this game.
Why one routine does not fit all three
The core mechanic is that customers grow comfortable with your care and then ask for more, which means familiarity is tracked per dragon. On top of that, the in-game HUD has a second strip showing the customer’s current state or need — the official screenshots show a pink “NEEDS TALK” pill — running independently of cleanliness.
Together those two facts give you a working rhythm: identify who you have today and decide up front whether to fetch the ladder; keep the washing phase continuous so the clean bar climbs instead of bouncing between three dragons; handle the need indicator the moment it appears, because it outranks another scrubbing pass; and serve one customer per run so familiarity is not spread thin.
Decoding the community shorthand
Players refer to the three as R, C and A, and itch.io bug reports use that shorthand for specific shifts — “#4 (R’s second)” means Ryan’s second appearance. The developer has never published this numbering, so it is a community convention only. Useful for reading bug threads, not for citing as official level design.
What is still unpublished
The official roster with all three names, each dragon’s full request list, whether any dragon has exclusive scenes, and whether more dragons or female dragons are planned are all unpublished. This page will not fill those gaps with third-party guesses — that would look complete and be wrong.
Sources and check date
Three male dragons and the content scope come from the official Steam store page and itch.io page. Conrad’s name and its link to level 8 come from the official Kobold Hotfix announcement. The names Ryan and Alexander, the kobold player character, the R/C/A shorthand and the pairing route come from itch.io comments and are community information. Colours and body sizes come from official Steam store screenshots. All checked 15 September 2026.
